1. How do I order comics and merchandise?

We are currently offering 2 ways to order products:

• You can click on the Online Shopping tab and use our online engine to build and submit your order.
• You can use our one-page order form when ordering. Copy the page to your machine, and delete the lines for items you are not interested in. Type in the quantity of your order for each item under the designated column. Failure to do so will slow down the processing of your order. When the order form is complete, complete the subtotal and total lines, and e-mail the order to order@newcomix.com
  

  ** Coming Soon ** We are building a web interface to allow you to upload your orders and get a confirmation of your order immediately. Stay tuned!

2. When are orders due?

Payments and orders are due by around the 24th of each month. Please see the order form for the exact date each month. If a payment or order arrives after the due date, a 10% fee must be added onto your order. This 10% late fee goes directly to the distributor, and is not an additional fee that we impose.

3. How can I pay for this?

You can pay via a check, money order, or by credit card. If a check or m.o. is returned to us, that account will be charged an additional $25.00 and shipments will be held until payment is received.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: If your credit card statement shows a charge from "PHOENIX COLLECTION", that is our old business name. Please inform us immediately as the charge should be listed under "NewComix.Com".

If you would like to pay by Credit Card, you have a few choices of how to give us your information:

A. Secure on-line Form. You will need to fill out an secured online form with your address and credit card information. This site uses RC4-40 with 40-bit secret key encryption to protect your information.

When you fill out this form, you will prompted several times whether you want to accept the "New Site Certificate"from our secure server. Click on "Next" when prompted and after the last window, click "Finish".

NOTE: Some Internet Service Provicers may not allow you to access our secure server. If that is the case,please use one of the other methods below.

B. NEW! By PayPal/X.com! Just go to PayPal and send the payment electronically to this id - order@newcomix.com! If you have questions on how PayPal works, click here.

C. By FAX or mail. Please fill out a manual credit card authorization form and mail or FAX it back to us. To access that form, click here. If you choose to mail the form to us, please make sure we receive it before the deadline.

D. By Phone. NEW NUMBER! Please call us toll-free at 1-877-262-4217. We will need your name, card number, expiration date, and your billing address. If you prefer not to leave your credit card info, you can also call and request that we call you back. Please remember to give us a phone number if you would like us to call back.

When you place your order on-line, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail immediately. We will only bill you once we have processed your order. You will not be billed when you submit your credit card information.

Advantages of paying via credit card:

• Once you've filled this out once, we'll use the same information to charge your card each month, so you don't need to resubmit it every time you want to order!
• No need to mail in a check to us each month
• No worries about the check being late and incurring the 10% late fee
• Your credit card account will not be charged until the end of the month

4. What is the Kaboom Kash rebate?

Kaboom Kash is a rebate program where you will earn credits based on how much you spend each month. These credits may be used to purchase back issues and hot comics from Kaboom Comics, our partner for previously released comics. Kaboom Kash is earned on your total order after any discounts, and before shipping and taxes.

5. What extra charges are there?

Shipping rates are as follows:

• Domestic - $5.00/order


• International - $12.00 + $0.25 per item

Some unusual sized items have extra shipping costs already added to their discount price.
Finally, if you are a California resident, please add the 7.5% sales tax.

6. How/when will my items be shipped?

All comics (not oversized) are shipped bagged and boarded. Shipments are sent out on approximately the 15th of the month after the books are due out.

We have no control over delays by publishers. Some indies are known to be notoriously late. If an item is cancelled, credit will be given to you.
