Superboy
#84 Wild ride time for the Kid, thoroughly obnoxious in the hands of Joe Kelly, and busy trying to get to grips with being back to more or less normal even as he manages to alienate or annoy just about everyone he meets (especially Amanda Waller, now apparently in charge of Cadmus.) When something weird happens in Compton, Superboy and Serling are sent to the site, only to have the Kid cause his fair share of trouble on the way to solving the problem. Kelly's humor amuses here and there, and further ideas are set up for future exploration (hints that Kon-El's powers may be going out of control), but Kelly and Ferry seem mainly to be gradually finding their feet here. ©2000 by Steven E.
